Founder & President

Chris DiSabatino began his career after being inspired by his late Italian grandfather’s love for gardening. In 1986, with a single push mower, Chris began making way for what is, today, the largest residential landscaping firm in the Brandywine Valley. By his early 20’s he had established an award winning company. Chris brings his passion for exceptional customer service, and takes pride in providing the highest quality in workmanship, materials and installation in the industry. Chris graduated from Salesianum School and remains an active alumnus. He is married to Jackie DiSabatino and they have twin boys, Christopher & Michael, and a daughter, Gabriella. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, eating healthy, exercising and watching his daughter dance.

Vince Esposito has over 20 years of experience as a masonry contractor. The Esposito’s originated from Naples, Italy as master stone masons. They have passed down their trade from generation to generation. Vince Esposito proudly continues to carry on his family tradition of providing exceptional masonry installations. Outside of work, Vince enjoys renovating his one hundred year old Victorian home and loves spending time with his family. In 2005, Esposito Masonry teamed up with DiSabatino Landscaping to make a partnership that provides more than just your average masonry company.

Registered Landscape Architect

Dave joined the DiSabatino team in September of 2010. He is a 1982 graduate of Penn State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. In 1987, Dave achieved Council of Landscape Architecture Registration Board certification as a Registered Landscape Architect in Pennsylvania. Dave has over 30 years of experience designing, selling, installing, and maintaining residential and commercial landscapes. One of his best assets is the ability to design seasonally attractive and sophisticated landscapes. Dave has won multiple awards in the ‘Excellence in Landscape Design” program sponsored by the Pennsylvania Landscape and Nursery Association.

Adrienne Angelucci

Landscape Design Consultant

Adrienne Angelucci joined the DiSabatino Landscaping team in 2015. Being from the Kennett Square area, Adrienne was inspired by Longwood Gardens and the beauty of the built and natural landscape of Chester County and the Delaware Valley. Adrienne attended Penn State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture. Since then, Adrienne has worked with residential clients in both northern and southern Delaware as well as in Pennsylvania and Maryland. She is currently working towards becoming a registered landscape architect and is certified as a Delaware Nursery Professional with a focus in landscape design. Her interest lies in the creation of usable and enjoyable outdoor spaces through the successful combination of plants and hardscape materials. She has a true focus on client satisfaction, understanding, and enjoyment through the design/build process. In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her family and friends.


Tom Wiechecki

Vice President of DOL

Tom Wiechecki’s love for carpentry developed from working for his father’s company throughout his youth. He then branched out and started his own company, where he met Chris DiSabatino. Shortly after, he became a part of the DiSabatino team and is currently the head of the Outdoor Living division. Tom takes pride in the long tradition of excellence at DiSabatino, and providing the highest quality workmanship, materials and installation in the industry. He graduated from Salesianum High School. He is happily married with three children. In his free time, Tom enjoys long hikes, wine tasting with his wife and watching his children play volleyball.


Mark McGinnis

Landscape Design Consultant

Mark is the newest addition to the DiSabatino team.At a very young age, Mark began a career in the green industry. He grew up working summers for his family’s nursery in Rochester, MN; and later graduated with a degree in Landscape Design from South Dakota State University in 2006. He later expanded his knowledge and became certified in ICP and PICP installation and in 2012 he won the LCA Award for Craftsmanship. Mark has an extensive experience in residential design and installation. He believes that the most important aspect of his work is to translate his clients’ ideas into a thoughtfully designed and functional plan that complements their lifestyle and transforms the enjoyment of their landscape.


Joe Egolf

Certified Arborist and Horticulturist

Joe is a fourth generation Horticulturalist and expanded his love for plants and environmental science with a degree from Delaware Valley College in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Contracting, where he developed his passion and knowledge for trees. Since then, he has worked in every aspect of the industry and trained as an arborist for over 7 years; Joe has studied through experience the understanding how trees grow, develop, stay healthy and safe. This background has led to him becoming an ISA Certified Arborist (PD 2525-A) and Certified Horticulturist through the American Society for Horticulture Science. In his free time he can be found tending to his organic vegetable garden or numerous plants at home, including bonsai trees, hiking and spending time with friends and family.


Ron Peterson

Plant Health Care Specialist

Ron brings to the DiSabatino family nearly 11 years of experience in the Plant Health care Industry, as well as a vast amount of knowledge from working in the Tree Care field. Ron is currently certified as a Pesticide Applicator and serves as our Plant Health Care Specialist, while also studying towards obtaining his Arborist Certification. During his free time Ron enjoys grilling, fishing, and vacationing in Ocean City, NJ and Hilton Head, SC with his fiancée, Jill.


Ivan Mazur

Plant Health Care Specialist

Ivan comes from a family who has been in the landscape and horticulture industry for over 80 years. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Ivan has attained his degree Bachelor’s of Landscape Architecture from Philadelphia University. Ivan is currently preparing to become fully licensed as a landscape architect. He emphasizes his greatest joy from work is being able to translate a clients’ vision into something tangible. His passion for design and outdoor living drives him to always create unique and exciting spaces. Outside of work Ivan likes to cook, tinker with woodworking projects, and spend time with family and friends.


Rich McGowan

Landscape Design Consultant, Scheduling & Purchasing

Rich graduated Delaware Valley University in 2000 with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture & Environment Landscape Design. Over the years Rich has honed his craft working for a design build company in Chester county area and previously owned and operate his own design, build and maintenance company. Rich joined the Disabatino team in 2015 as the purchaser agent and scheduler. He enjoys sharing his passion of plants and the creation of outdoors living spaces with his customers. Rich spends his free time coaching baseball, gardening and visiting family & friends.


Brian Cane

Landscape Design Consultant

Brian earned his B.S. degree in Landscape contracting in 2000 from Penn State University. With over 17 years of design/build experience in the residential and commercial industries, he strives to meet the needs of each and every client. Brian will create a unique space blending various hardscape and plantings to provide seasonal interest that complements the client’s property and home. He prides himself on his designs and attention to detail and most recently, on his involvement with the Longwood Gardens Fountain Project which was a personal and professional milestone. In his free time, Brian enjoys golfing, home projects and spending time with his family and friends.
