Chris DiSabatino
Founder & President
Christopher M. DiSabatino founded DiSabatino Landscaping, Inc. in 1995. As President, Chris oversees the total operations of his landscape, hardscape, tree service and masonry firm. A truly dedicated individual, Chris values customer relations and continuing education to consistently deliver superior service. His experience combined with his drive for perfection and effort to exceed expectations, make him an asset to his clients. Chris is a graduate of Salesianum School and remains an active alumni.
Thomas Wiechecki
Vice President
Thomas Wiechecki has become a familiar face to DiSabatino's clients since 2000. Tom is responsible for new business development and client services. His years as a custom renovation contractor have gained him valuable experience in residential construction. Landscape design and hardscape construction are his specialties. Outside of work, Tom celebrates 17 years of marriage to his wife Helene. Their daughter Nicole is a student at Ursuline Academy. Their daughter Rachel and son TJ are both students at Immaculate Heart of Mary. Tom is an active board member for Concord Soccer Association and has enjoyed coaching children for over 23 years.
Ray L. Soden
Certified Arborist
Ray has become a familiar face to DiSabatino's clients over the past years. He is responsible for new business development in the tree care department. Ray has been in the tree care business for over twenty years and this has gained him valuable experience to make complete and professional evaluations on the health of your trees. Outside of work, Ray enjoys fishing, hiking and is an active volunteer for the Alder Gates Boy Scout Troop.
Lance Hafer
Landscape Design & Sales
Lance has been with DiSabatino Landscaping since September of 2005. A graduate of Penn State in 1993, Lance has been designing and overseeing landscape projects since 1991. His designs range from ponds, formal gardens, patios, renovations, and new construction. Outside of work, Lance enjoys fishing, drawing wildlife, and photography.
Kristie Manley
Landscape Design & Marketing
Kristie has been doing graphic design work since 1998. She joined the DiSabatino team in March of 2004. Kristie is working on her diploma in Landscape Design through the Professional Career Development Institute and plans to finish by the summer of 2007. She currently creates the computer generated landscape designs and inputs the CAD designs into the system. Kristie also handles all of the marketing and miscellaneous design needs for the company. She has a Graphic Design certificate from the Delaware College of Art and Design. Kristie is also a licensed nail technician. She is a cat lover and enjoys spending time with her friends and family in her spare time.
Tessa Marks
Office Manager
Tessa Marks joined the DiSabatino team in May of 2005. Tessa handles all aspects of human resources along with the appointment scheduling for our landscape consultants. She has enhanced our sales team by also handling customer concerns. Her time spent at MBNA has gained her much knowledge in customer service. Tessa is a graduate from Ithaca College in upstate New York. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Bella Dominick
Accounts Receivable
Bella Dominick has been with DiSabatino’s since February of 2001. Bella handles Accounts Receivable and Payroll as well as all aspects of the appointment scheduling for our tree consultant. She came to DiSabatino’s with many years of varied office experience. She has three cats at home, is an avid Phillies fan and loves to garden and read.
Steven Ciprani
Quality Control Specialist
Steve Ciprani has been on our team since February of 2005, coordinating all aspects of production for the company. You’ll see his friendly face around our jobsites. Steve is in charge of overseeing the crews on a daily basis. His experience in the construction field has honed his attention to detail. In his spare time, Steve enjoys golfing, camping, hiking and spending time with his family.
Christopher Dunne
Landscape Lighting Consultant
Chris has also been a member of the DiSabatino team since March of 2007, after earning his Landscape Contracting and Design degree from Penn State University (PSU) in 2005. While new to the DiSabatino family, where he helps create the computer generated and architectural landscape designs, Chris has been hard at work in the green industry since 2003. His special interests are the design and estimating of residential landscapes. Away from work, Chris cheers for the Eagles or Penn State, plays drums for a local band and volunteers as a youth leader at St. Norbert's Youth Group in Paoli, Pa.
Alicia Siegfried
Alicia Siegfried comes from a family involved in all aspects of landscaping, from design and nursery management to tree work in the field. Alicia joined DiSabatino Landscaping in September 2003 as the purchasing agent. She also handles inventory and all aspects of job scheduling. Her past work experience has honed Alicia's organizational skills and made her a benefit to the DiSabatino team. She is a graduate of Cecil Community College and very much enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
