Chris DiSabatino, founder of DiSabatino Landscaping, and Vincent Esposito, founder of Esposito Masonry, partnered together over 15 years ago. Together, they have grown the company into a team of more than 60 designers, horticulturists, craftsmen, artisan masons, and landscape professionals who are highly skilled in all areas of landscaping, hardscaping, construction of outdoor living spaces, masonry, and more.

Founder & President
Chris DiSabatino began his career after being inspired by his late Italian grandfather’s love for gardening. In 1986, with a single push mower, Chris began making way for what is, today, the most sought-after residential landscaping firm in the Brandywine Valley. By his early 20’s he had established an award winning company. Chris brings his passion for exceptional customer service, and takes pride in providing the highest quality in workmanship, materials and installation in the industry. Chris graduated from Salesianum School and remains an active alumnus. He is married to Jackie DiSabatino and they have twin boys, Christopher & Michael, and a daughter, Gabriella. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, eating healthy, exercising and watching his daughter perform at dance recitals and competitions.
Vince Esposito
Vice President & Master Mason
Vince Esposito has more than 25 years of experience as a masonry contractor. The Esposito’s originated from Naples, Italy as master stone masons. They have passed down their trade from generation to generation. Vince proudly continues to carry on his family tradition of providing exceptional masonry installations. Outside of work, Vince enjoys spending time with his wife, Mollie and their 6 children, and is an avid stone sculptor. He also spends time renovating his 100 year old Victorian Home. In 2005, Esposito Masonry teamed up with DiSabatino Landscaping to make a partnership that provides an even better experience for our clients.
Sal Debellis
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Sal DeBellis is responsible for managing the growth of DiSabatino Landscaping’s residential pool, pergola, and outdoor living divisions. He was hired to help the company as it moves into a new phase of expansion and development.
Sal previously worked in sales for financial services firms in the Philadelphia region. A native of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, he attended The Christian Academy in Media before graduating from West Chester University with a degree in business management.
A father of three sons, Sal and his wife live in West Chester, Pennsylvania. When he’s not working, he can be found watching his children’s sporting events, reading, and spending time with his family.

Technology and Business Development
As the Technology and Business Development Lead, Michael DiSabatino focuses on optimizing DiSabatino Landscaping’s software platforms, automations, and processes to increase workplace efficiencies. He analyzes new technology to ensure the company is working with the latest versions and most effective apps for a streamlined IT process.
After attending Salesianium High School, where he played soccer, Michael graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Computer Science. He took a position at JP Morgan in the Consumer and Community Bank, where he worked for six years as the Vice President, Lead Software Engineer.
Michael joined DiSabatino in May of 2024. “My favorite part of working here is the people,” he says. “They have so much expertise and knowledge, and they go out of their way to help both clients and coworkers.”
When he’s not working, Michael enjoys spending time with his twin brother and younger sister, playing soccer and tennis, and watching Philly sports teams.
David Mull, ASLA

Prior to joining the DiSabatino team, David worked for various landscape firms over a career of more than 34 years. A graduate from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture. David is also a fully licensed landscape architect. With a keen eye for hardscape detailing, he seeks to visually integrate his clients’ outdoor spaces with their homes. David is a consummate plantsman, and always looks to promote rare or native plants wherever possible, to benefit pollinating insects and local bird species. He seeks to increase sustainability and maximize ecological friendliness. When not gardening, David can often be found bicycling the back roads of the tri-state area.

Rich graduated from Delaware Valley University in 2000 with a degree in Ornamental Horticulture & Environment Landscape Design. Over the years Rich has honed his craft working for a design build company in Chester County and through his owning his own landscape business. Rich joined the DiSabatino team in 2015 as the purchaser agent and scheduler. He enjoys sharing his passion of plants and the creation of outdoor living spaces with his clients. Rich spends his free time coaching baseball, gardening and visiting family & friends.

Brian is a graduate from Penn State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Contracting. He has more than 17 years of experience in the landscape industry. He has a passion for creating designs for outdoor spaces that fulfill his clients’ needs and desires. Brian truly enjoys blending various hardscape materials with plantings that provide seasonal interest to complement the clients’ property and home. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Ryan Grady has been working as a Sales & Design Consultant for DiSabatino Landscaping since June of 2022. A native of West Chester, he joined the team after returning from living in Miami, Florida.
Ryan attended Unionville High School in Chadds Ford before graduating from Virginia Tech with a degree in Agribusiness Management. While in school, he began interning at Outside Unlimited and took a full-time position as a landscaper after graduating college. He later worked as a foreman for Rupert Landscaping before deciding to move to Florida.
Ryan has a sister and parents who live in West Chester. He enjoys spending time outdoors, working out and watching sports, especially his favorite team, the Virginia Tech Hokies.

Shawn Langford brings more than 20 years of residential and commercial design experience to his position as Landscape Design Consultant.
A native of Medford, New Jersey, Shawn attended Rutgers University majoring in graphic design. While attending school, he was hired by a landscape design company and discovered a love for the industry. He has worked in the nursery and landscape business ever since. Prior to joining DiSabatino Landscaping, he was the Operations Manager for a large landscape design and build firm.
Shawn and his wife Chandni, a language arts teacher, have two young sons. When he’s not spending time with his family, he enjoys woodworking projects. He has built cabinets, clocks, desks and even a bridge.

As a Landscape Design Consultant for DiSabatino Landscaping, Tom Falcone is responsible for meeting clients, creating artistic designs in line with their wishes, and overseeing the successful completion of these projects.
Tom was born and raised in Media, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penncrest High School, where he ran cross country and track. His interest in horticulture and design led to his major at Temple University – Ambler, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture with a specialization in Environmental Sustainability.
After graduation, Tom worked for a family-owned garden center on the Main Line, where he worked his way through the ranks of the company to become the Nursery & Design Division Manager over eight years. After the garden center, he worked as an Outdoor Living Designer for both a national residential construction business and for a design/build firm in Buckingham, Pennsylvania.
Tom lives with his husband Lucas and their two cats in Aston, Pennsylvania. They are avid travelers, never missing the chance to visit a new city or country and fully immersing themselves in different cultures and landscapes.

Project Manager
Michael McBride collaborates on projects throughout the DiSabatino Inc. family, including landscaping, porches and patios, masonry, and interior renovations.
“Every project is uniquely different, which I enjoy,” says Michael. “You need to take a unique, custom approach to each one to achieve a seamless process and successful outcome.”
Born in Newark, Delaware, Mike lived in Unionville, PA, before moving to Florida and graduating from Jupiter High School. He has worked in several industries, including restaurants, golf, and fiber optics. Mike owned his own construction company, Stone & Stuff, before joining the DiSabatino team as a Project Manager.
Mike and his wife live with their four children in North East, Maryland. Their two oldest play baseball and softball in college, and their two youngest play sports at Rising Sun High School, where Mike is the Varsity Softball Coach.
When he’s not working or coaching, Mike is usually on the sidelines watching his children’s games. He also enjoys going to the beach and taking family vacations with his extended family members.
Samantha Ferrante
Interior and Exterior Designer
Samantha Ferrante’s position as Interior and Exterior Designer was created in response to the growth of the new DiSabatino Design Build division. In her new role, Samantha will work with clients to select materials for their remodeling projects. Previously, Samantha worked for a smaller design/build construction company before joining a larger construction firm, where she helped design floor plans and select materials for kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and new construction homes.
“I really love to get a feel for what our client’s design style is and what they’re looking to achieve with their project and then work with them to achieve that goal,” says Samantha. “I believe every project should tell a story.” Samantha attended Hodgson Vo-Tech in Newark, Delaware where she completed their cosmetology program. She lives in Wilmington with her German Shepherd, Otto. In her spare time, she spends time with her family, enjoys going to the Delaware beaches, attending concerts, snowboarding in the winter, and traveling abroad.

Eddie Aleshire works as a Design Consultant for the exterior service division of DiSabatino Design Build. He handles all aspects of windows and doors roofing, and siding remodeling projects.
After graduating from North East High School in Cecil County, Maryland, Eddie attended Cecil College and Harford Community College, where he played baseball. He has been working in residential construction and renovations for more than ten years.
Eddie and his wife Nicole live in Cecil County, Maryland with their three children and a dog named Kane. When he’s not working, Eddie’s hobbies include drag car racing, going to the movies, and spending time with his family.
Alex Hambleton
Illuminations Design Consultant
Alex Hambleton has more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial lighting design. A Delaware native, Alex established and grew his own landscape lighting company before joining DiSabatino Landscaping’s new division, Illuminations by DiSabatino.
Previously, Alex worked in the Sales and Marketing Department for a national printing company. He began his own business focusing on residential lighting systems for Southern Delaware. After selling the company and relocating to Avondale, PA, Alex joined the DiSabatino Landscaping team to manage the newly created outdoor lighting department. He is a member of AOLP (Association of Outdoor Lighting Professionals).
Illuminations by DiSabatino, offers a specialized, comprehensive approach to lighting design. “I start by asking clients what they’re hoping to accomplish – from eating outside to giving their home major curb appeal – and we make it happen,” Alex says. “For me, the best part is seeing the smile on our clients’ faces when we do the big night reveal.”
Outside of work, Alex and his wife Wendy, the Vice President of Engineering for her company, enjoy traveling with their two dogs and spending quality time with their family at the beach. They share two sons and two daughters.
Phillip Crystle

Phillip Crystle recently joined DiSabatino Inc. as a Landscape Design Consultant. A native of Wilmington, he brings more than 25 years of experience in landscape design and construction to the team.
Phillip grew up in North Wilmington and attended Brandywine High School before graduating from the University of Delaware. While in school, he became interested in landscape design after helping his employer install a new pond and native plantings. This interest grew into the decision to earn an associate’s degree in Agriculture with a concentration in Hardscape Design.
After graduating from UD, Phillip began working for a large garden and lawn center, where he moved his way up to a management position. He took his experience with landscape, paver, and masonry projects to join an outdoor design company in Gibbstown, NJ.
Phillip decided to join DiSabatino Inc. after seeing their work on residential projects around the area. “I’m excited to be a part of the team,” he says. “I love when homeowners have an idea for what they want their yard to be, and then we take it and show them how we can make that vision come to life.”
When he’s not working, Phillip enjoys spending time with his two children and spending time outdoors hiking, boating, and playing disc golf.

Pronto Pools Operational Manager
Kevin Allgood is in charge of operations for Pronto Pools, DiSabatino Landscaping’s inhouse pool division. In this role, he manages a team of designers and installers to deliver superior custom inground pools.
Born in Buffalo, New York, Kevin lived in Michigan before moving to Cecil County, Maryland. He attended Perryville High School and is currently pursuing his degree in Business Management from BYU-Idaho. Kevin began his career in the pool industry working for an automatic pool cover business. He worked his way up to Project Manager for a national pool installation company, earning his Certified Pool Builder Certification through the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) .
He decided to join Pronto Pools after working with the team on a previous project. “I was really impressed with DiSabatino Landscaping’s high quality of workmanship and the collaborative approach they took to every project,” Kevin says. “I believe this is a better fit for the current market of pool owners.”
Kevin and his wife have two boys and a daughter. They currently live in Middletown, Delaware with their dog Roxie. When he’s not working or attending classes, he enjoys working on electric dirt bikes with his children.
Holly Burkhart

Holly Burkhart developed a love of gardening when she was a young girl, learning from her mother how to create a welcoming outdoor space and take care of it over time. After 15 years in corporate sales/marketing and 10 years in property management, she decided to pursue a new sales path in outdoor design.
“I enrolled in a few classes at Longwood Gardens and realized this was what I was passionate about pursuing,” says Holly. After joining DiSabatino Inc. and Pronto Pools, “I’ve been amazed by the designers and what they can accomplish with an undeveloped outdoor space. Everyone collaborates in a true team approach, which helps offer clients a complete one-stop for outdoor living.”
Holly was born out west and has lived in New Mexico, Washington, and Utah. During her teenage years, her family finally settled in New Jersey. She attended Hunterdon Central High School and graduated from Bloomsburg University with a major in Interpersonal Communications and a minor in Psychology.
Holly and her family have lived in the Kennett Square area for 22 years, where her husband Rory has built a local real estate brokerage. In her spare time, Holly can be found on the sidelines watching her high school son compete in golf and her middle school daughter play volleyball and basketball.
Zouhair Nassani
Pronto Pools Project Manager
As a Project Manager for Pronto Pools, Zouhair Nassani coordinates every stage of pool installation, from planning and design to installation and follow up. He has extensive experience creating custom pools, spas, and waterfalls across a range of property layouts and elevations.
Zouhair graduated from Downingtown West High School and attended West Chester University, where he earned a double major in Business Management and Finance. After college, he worked with his family at their real estate development company, where he learned project management from the ground up. From there, he worked for a national pool company for five years before joining DiSabatino Inc. this summer.
“I’ve known about DiSabatino and Pronto Pools for a while, and the family-oriented way they operate,” Zouhair says. “I wanted to be a part of a company whose employees have been working and learning together for years, making them the best in the business.”
When he’s not managing pool projects, Zouhair loves traveling, hanging with his friends, watching his beloved Eagles, and enjoying his mom’s fantastic cooking.

Office Manager
Jessica Doran joined the DiSabatino family as the Office Manager, where she handles customer outreach and promotional activities for the company. In addition to her position as Office Manager, she also works as a hair stylist in the Wilmington area. Jessica attended Brandywine High School and went to the Schilling Douglas Cosmetology School in Newark, Delaware. She and her daughter Ariana enjoy shopping, getting spa treatments and going to the movies.

As Director of First Impressions and Marketing, Maura is skilled at recognizing and responding to customer needs during every stage of a project. Her position involves meeting and exceeding client expectations on a daily basis, a feat she accomplishes through a collective team effort. She also handles all the marketing and graphic design at DiSabatino Inc., including the printed magazine.
Maura joined the DiSabatino family after a career at a non-profit organization. A native of Delaware, she attended the Charter School of Wilmington, East Carolina University, and Wilmington University.
When she’s not working, Maura is kept busy by her two daughters, Mia and Maisy, and her partner Steve. They enjoy watching sports and cheering on their teams, going to concerts, and making great memories together.

Gabby DiSabatino has a dual role managing both accounting and marketing for DiSabatino Inc. She supports the financial aspects of the company and helps with new clients and marketing outreach.
As a child, Gabby was brought up in the family business. “I’m excited to be the final member of our family to work at DiSabatino,” she says. “We’re truly a second-generation, family-owned company.” Her father, mother, and two brothers all work at DiSabatino Inc.
Gabby graduated from Padua Academy before moving to Florida, where she worked as a fitness instructor. She still teaches exercise classes at Hilo House. When she’s not working, Gabby loves working out, visiting Florida, going to country music concerts, and spending time with her family. She currently lives in Kennett Square, PA with her dog Lenny.
